Deck-house
Solid Burmese Teak with double overlap jointed edge drilled between portholes for drifts.

Deck stepped mast with stainless steel pin-rail.
There is no galvanised steel on Toucando but the stainless steel has been bead blasted for period finish/ patina.

Bronze fore-hatch
Bowsprit 18 feet long, hollow made of yellow pine.

Handmade in Teak with polycarbonate panels and brass tube tube protection.

Foredeck strengthened to take the capstan and 18 ft bowsprit.
